Hola My name is Michaela Hollifield! I'm in English 100 with Anna Wolff. I live in Ferndale and have lived here ever since I was 3! But born in WA still! I don't like it here much and would love to move to a bigger city setting like Seattle! I'm 20 and will be 21 this year! Aug. 18! Oh yeah I'm Super Excited! I'm half Mexican and White! I have one brother who's two years older then me! I am getting my Associates in Criminal Justice! I want to become a Police Officer after I'm done with school! This is my first year at Whatcom. Its my second quarter here and so far its been fun! I like to meet new people! I'm a real hard worker and can have fun as well! I'm a caregiver and work for Visiting Angels and do in home care! So work and school takes up most of my time which can be hard but in the end I know it will be worth it! I also have three dogs who I love a lot and two just recently passed which is really sad! I'm excited for this year and just hope I pass all my classes and can be done with school!
The most type of writing I do is text! I know what happened to when people actually called people!
I like to write in general but my most problem with that is my grammar! I have a lot of ideas and have no problem writing them down but making it make sense sometimes can be a challenge! I also like to write about things I'm interested in. When I'm not interested then my mind cant think well and then my paper will not be as good as it could be! Other then that unless I have to write I don't do it as a hobby or anything! Meaning when I'm in school I write and not anywhere else besides via email on Myspace or Facebook! My work as of now doesn't require me to write but in the future I know I will need to write a lot! So I will try my best in all my English Classes and apply what I learn! I like to learn new things too!
