The World – a magnificent place with people – us! A place where problems are being solved daily but the presence of conflicts does not bequest. Generation meats its end and the other one arises! A want for having piece and safety is growing but dos not meant the standard. A need for happiness and prosperity was an ideal goal that is still an imaginary oasis that gives hope to some hearts. A despicable fear of future changes in politics, environment and health protection that is being penetrated by largely growing deceases and new “flue” attacks is being implanted in human innersoles and create panicking atmosphere in the individual inner-environments. Those who have “lived a life” are gladly looking forward to passing on to the next stage of what is after “living in the World” and because looking straight into the eyes of upcomings the reactions is very pleasing because they don’t have that much left here in the world. But us… What is us? “Us”: for some people might be “all people”, for others it is “the young generation” and for me it is “dolls”. Those who play a role in modern world, those who cannot impact society, those who are not at the wheel and the thought of coming up there is not realistic because it’s a myth, a proven myth. All a doll can do is play its role and that is exactly what we are doing and no more. At the step of new sentry we stand and the view might not be as pleasant as it was planned on being. The wars and natures impact have shaken the world proclaiming the new “time” that has come. And here we are… its us. It’s The World.

Technology – comes from Greek “technología”. Téchnē – craft, -logía – study of something. A study or knowledge about crafts or as it’s used in modern world – inventions. What sorts of inventions are there? There are: technology of teaching, instructional technology, assistive technology, medical technology, technology productivity tools, information technology. So by scoping at this, which I will not do – no need, we see that in the past two hundred years we have gone a long way, changed the thinking of almost everything and still currently grow in that. Clothing, general basic food and education is accessible almost anywhere, even in the third world countries, not all but most. That fact wasn’t even predicted a thousand years ago and if we believe the all known science lies that the world is few billion years old and soon it will have another birthday then we changed in in much less than a blink of an eye.

Life is made easy. Life is Good – LG®. Such thing as capturing nature and having it on your wall without any changes to it, and with no need to be looking after it; even with motion to it: animals moving, birds flying, water flowing, supported by the real sounds – breathtaking and calming, was a mystical idea and did not fit in many heads if it was present at all. The window what was made so you can look back in time, see the present and look into the upcoming future wasn’t even a topic for many years meanwhile we take it for granted and get mad when the “magicians” had some messups and the window didn’t work for few minutes. Transporting on wings to the other side of the world could have been a very funny joke because there was no other side of the world in most places for a very long time. Talking to piece of “what-ever it is” saying that you are discussing with your mom you want to have for dinner tonight would make you a lunatic for the rest of your life – in a good case, if you do it few times then you might be hanged or burned or... And our life makes us lazy.

At the rise of the new step, because we will see more coming, all of that is possible and much more than that. Many changes were made, because of that many predictions are set, so the ideology that technology is able to save “us” (my us) is nourished by many hearts. Problems like global warming and new epidemics are eagerly placed under a car of “tech will do it”. But the truth is that tech did it.

The rise of industrialization and urbanization has played a big role in the technology revolution, and if it’s possible then I will state that it played the main role. Created on coal and growing on steam transformed into the direct current electronic world change and then, created by Nikola Tesla, the ultimate alternating current that is presently used for the benefit of every household. Electronic revolution is in place and standing side by side with nuclear revolution. Both are answers and causes, might not be as direct but are causes of the ladder that we climbed on.

Atmosphere is poisoned causing global warming and large epidemics provoked by many factor leading up to general low health line that we meat without doubt. The Air that we breath and the Temperature that is gradually rising is creating a very cousy place for bacteria to grow and establishing the comfort zone of any virus reproduction and mutation. Stupid warnings like “wash your hands often” which mass amount of people regularly do so they don’t spread the bacteria cause low immune system because the protection layer is being removed with soap opening up the pores for infection to implant. Average human is addicted to caffeine, getting enough sleep and still being tired is a usual thing with a typical savior – coffee. Modern youth is living in the abstract society and in the world of imagination and gaming, if not then drugs, being in touch with what they see on TV, I’m talking about the other two –sex and violence. And when a person who can still look critically at situations sees this standard and the way others look at it a gust of fear strikes through, to the end of nerves and freezes the mind due to the critical position that new generation is standing at. The fall of human nation as a whole is at hand. As Cynthia Selfe states it: modernized inventions bring large groups of people together and pull other ones apart (Cynthia Selfe) Our growth towards the same goal is not united and will not be fulfilled without unity and equality – which is impossible, thank you Soviet Union for that example!

People are thinking wrong, the planet is trashed and the atmosphere is polluted. More and more natural disasters, more epidemics and more conflicts are in filling the window of present and future. And the hopes are all on technology. Observing this a feeling of helplessness is infuriating the mind because all that our inventions show us is large destructions and compared to benefit it doesn’t worth it. The positive outcome of technology is minimal towards the environment and the negative impact is great!
